Returns

• Items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery or purchase date.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original tags must be attached.
• Items with stains, odors, makeup marks, pet hair, or signs of wear will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Sale or clearance items
• Accessories
• Bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, or intimates
• Gift cards
  

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit, depending on your preference.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
• We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund.
